Description:

Alignment Cues:

  • Feet:
    • Front foot facing forward, heel aligned with the arch of the back foot
    • Back foot slightly turned in, outer edge pressing into the mat
  • Legs:
    • Front knee bent to 90 degrees, stacked above the ankle
