Flow With The Leader

Flow with the teacher as your guide as you build an inner fire at this powerful class. Based on the Journey Into Power sequence and suitable for all-levels. Please note this class is led (poses are not taught, but called) and it moves rather quickly, so we recommend having at least 3 classes under your belt before taking taking it on. This class is heated to 85 – 90 degrees.

Power Yoga

An energizing, challenging and powerful class that will leave you feeling rinsed and revitalized. Expect to move, sweat and leave transformed! Based on the Journey Into Power sequence and suitable for all-levels. This class is heated to 85 – 90 degrees.

Power Yoga Beats

An energizing, challenging and powerful class blending great-energy music with a fun, powerful yoga flow that will leave you feeling rinsed and revitalized. Expect to move, sweat and leave transformed! Suitable for all-levels, this class is heated to 85 – 90 degrees.

Super Power Yoga

This hour-long total body workout combines the best of hot yoga with high intensity interval training (HIIT). Experience all the CT Power Yoga you already know and love combined with 15-20 minutes of body weight intentional exercises to strengthen and tone, and create a powerful mind-body experience. Every class ends with a restorative yoga sequence and savasana that really allows you to decompress and soak up the benefits of the class. Be prepared to work hard, sweat lots and have fun! This class is heated to 85 – 90 degrees.

Hot Yin

Get deep into the connective tissue of the body and allow your muscles to relax with this slow-paced style of yoga. Poses are held for longer periods to give the body time to open and lets you gradually move deeper into the pose. This type of practice is complimentary to more intense styles of yoga and a great way to create more space physically and mentally. This class is heated to 85 – 90 degrees.

CT Power Kids/Teen Yoga

Who said Power Yoga was just for adults? Using the principals of Baptiste Power Yoga our CT Power Kids Yoga will educate and embrace breathe, movement and play. Two classes for ages 8-12 year olds and teens. These classes are NOT hot.

Join our Connecticut Power Yoga Connect Program for a one-hour class with new members of our team. This is a heated vinyasa class, suited for all levels to 85 – 90 degrees.
