We have exciting news to share with you, our dear community! We will be offering in person yoga at Mill River Park 4 TIMES A WEEK starting June 15,2020 We are so excited to see your faces and sweat it out together again!

To keep everyone safe and organized please read the following class logistics:

  • Please pre register and pay for class online. Memberships, class packs, and drop ins all apply. Attendance is limited and registration will occur on a first come first serve basis.
  • If you are not registered for class, you will not be able to attend.
  • Should you need to cancel, please do so within 12 hours of class or you may be charged. PLEASE do not come to class if you are feeling unwell. Stay home and take care. Late cancellations will not apply to illness.
  • Please arrive and check in 5 minutes before class begins. Unfortunately late yogis will not be able to join class once class has begun and may be charged.
  • Mats must be set up 6 feet apart. The instructor will direct you where to place your mat when you arrive.
  • Please place all of your belongings next to your mat.
  • Please wear a mask or face covering until you have laid out and are settled on your mat. You may remove your mask during class and while you are on your mat. Once class is finished, please replace your mask or face covering as you gather your belongings and leave the area.
  • We will be set up behind the carousel on the grass. There are a few trees and we will try to keep our space with some shade AND this is NOT a guarantee so wear sunscreen or long sleeve shirt.
  • Parking, just like at our studio, is street parking only so PLEASE arrive in time to find parking.
  • Most of all, HAVE FUN AND ENJOY YOUR PRACTICE! We are so honored to be a part of this community and we cannot wait to connect with you in person again very soon!
